Who is responsible

The site and the enquiries database are operated by Moran Hadas Miller, Adv. (El Galil - Eretz HaGalil). For any privacy matter: moran@el-galil.com.

What we collect

The details you submit in the form: name, community or organisation, country and city, number of families, your role, email, phone and your message. We also record the page language, how you reached the site and the time of submission.

Why

To respond to you, arrange an introductory call and accompany your community. If you ticked the updates box, we will also send you updates, and every message will let you unsubscribe.

No obligation

There is no legal obligation to provide this information; you provide it voluntarily and with your consent. Without basic contact details we cannot get back to you.

Who receives it

Enquiries are stored with our hosting provider, Netlify, and a notification of each enquiry is sent to a Google mailbox. These services may store data on servers outside Israel. With your consent, and as needed for the accompaniment, information is shared with the professionals we work with, such as financing and tax advisers. It is never sold.

How long we keep it

For as long as it is needed to handle your enquiry and accompany your community. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within three years.

Security

The site is encrypted (HTTPS) and access to enquiries is restricted to El Galil.

Cookies and third-party services

The site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts load from Google Fonts and images from Unsplash, so visitors’ IP addresses are visible to those services. The WhatsApp button takes you to WhatsApp (Meta).

Your rights

You may access the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and unsubscribe from updates. Write to moran@el-galil.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
